Avril Saavedra

Avril studied music in Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music, Arts, and Performing Arts in New York as an Instrumental Major... after which she decided not to focus very much on music while attending college at Harvard University. However, she has found herself more involved than ever in the campus' many musical endeavors. She plays trumpet for the Harvard Radcliffe Orchestra of which she is also the Head of Operations, and is extremely excited to be rejoining the Pit Orchestra for the Harvard College Opera for Cendrillon after having thoroughly enjoyed being involved in last year's Die Fledermaus. She gleefully rings for any orchestras that are in need of trumpets around campus, and is soon joining forces with Harvard Mariachi who is looking forward to being able to play "sexy trumpet songs" with her...
